Booked for a lash lift and tint. Unfortunately what I got was over processed, damaged and very curled lashes. In fairness to Tula, she responded quickly to my text and saw me the next day but didn’t appear to have the skill or knowledge to fix the problem which was disappointing…she did agree to a refund however so in terms of service, she was amenable, just not skilled enough with the products being used.
