As soon as you enter you can see a very dirty shop that makes you feel uncomfortable and you’ll be asked to sit on a dirty chair. The beautician has ripped my skin off during intimate waxing I have done it many times in the past and I think she has bad technique. She is very incompetent.

Worst pedicure ever! The therapist did not know what she was doing with the gel polish, she applied it way too thickly and didn’t cure it properly so the end result was thick, uneven and sticky. I asked her to start again because the end result was so bad, and the same thing happened again. In fact it was worse the second time as when she tried to remove the polish from around my toes (it went everywhere), cotton wool residue stuck to my nails. Had to go elsewhere for a do-over. Avoid!
