I arrived ti find the salon closed it's based inside the local gym so I asked the receptionist where the staff where only to be told they had been and gone I told her I had a 12.30 appointment and was told it happened on a regular basis if I could give no star's I would as I got know service at all

No one there when I got there. Was asked to ring them as apparently they were trying to ring me despite the fact I had no voice mails or missed calls. Tried to call several times before just turning up and no answer! Not impressed!
