I went for an urgent root treatment as my normal hairdresser couldn’t get me in before my friends wedding. My roots were done 2cm down?! With no blending! I sat down and they put me presumably the gown she took off her last client which was covered in hair. They didn’t consult on colours before putting them in. I have a purple toner but they didn’t ask if they have one or tell me what they were putting on. It then came out warm yellow not matched. It’s a lot to pay for less than adequate roots.

Really lovely place with very friendly staff. Very happy with my hair, it involved a lot of colour correction due to me bleaching my hair at home but they fixed it and made it look really beautiful
