Have been going to Gloss for a couple of yrs now and always had a great experience. Zoe is lovely and the salon has a very friendly vibe. Had my hair done by Zara this time, she asked lots of questions to understand what I wanted and did a great job!

Beth was incredible. I've not used a hairdresser for 20 years and I was so scared to go in. Everyone in the salon was a delight and Beth made me feel totally at ease straight away. She amazing. A completely fantastic experience!!! 10/10 recommend!
