My first time at this salon and I really can't fault it! Kate was really friendly and my hair has turned out amazing! I've had multiple balayage treatments before and this is one of the best experiences I have ever had, My hair still feels really healthy and its the exact shade that I wanted.

I had booked with Kate, but as I had previously been seen byZoe, she switched with Kate. Zoe was lovely, the atmosphere at The Retreat is so calming and inviting. The staff are all friendly, and the conversation is always easy. Booked in for my next appointment, and looking forward to another great hair cut. 🙂

Zoe is always so patient with me - she listens to what I want (which I’m not great at explaining) and then tells me what would work and how she could achieve it. I trust her opinion and her ability completely. The whole salon is a warm and friendly place. A pleasure to visit!
