Telephone manner very pleasant prior to the appointment. The service was quick and fuss free. My therapist seemed to be in a bit of a rush however and neglected to finish filing my nails to ensure evenness and smoothness. The file used was also incredibly rough, too rough for soft nails, therefore was uncomfortable and not very effective. The manicure paint was also not entirely even over the nails.

Great treatments, swift and professional and good value. They have excellent nail colour choices and all Essie and OPI, the best brands IMO! Would book again.
