The staff were very attentive and took care of your every want, the venue was clean and the work i had done came out amazing due to my stylists' eye for detail and concentration. However, while there, i became one of the only clients in the salon before lunch time, and the rest of the staff decided to sit around in the chairs and discuss their lunch options in their own language. I didnt mind much, however i did find that slightly unprofessional. Everything else was spot on, though, second time at this salon and i would definatley go again.
As has been my experience before, the Gloss Nail salon is professional and tidy with a relaxed atmosphere. The work done on my nails was of the usual great standard and the staff are very friendly.

Five star treatment as always. The shop was very busy on my visit but the staff managed well. Eventhough they were short staffed.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and my nails looked great. I will definitely be returning here and will recommend to my friends in the area.
