I would definitely return to Gloss, as the welcome you get is fantastic, the environment is lovely and clean. I had the French Manicure, which I do not usually have, unfortunately it had chipped by the next day, would probably have a normal manicure next time, as French Manicures are not really practical for me. Also when I have had other manicures it normally involves a little hand massage and some cream, which I did not get, hence the three stars, but overall I would recommend Gloss salon to others.

I have been going here a while, and they have generally been great. But this time, the beautician was rather grumpy and wouldn't stamp my card, even though I've had it stamped when booking on this website before. I would still go again, was just slightly disappointed this time.

Customer service was fantastic and they really know what they are doing. The lovely Kevin (I think) who did my nails made me feel so comfortable, like I had been going there for ages. Great attention to detail! This is the best my nails have ever been done, I won't have anyone else do my nails now. Very very pleased!

First visit ... Absolutely over the moon with the reception I reveived... Young male soooo friendly and accommodating ... Offering refreshments and extremely warm and friendly!! Venue looks great and extremely clean and relaxing!! 2nd visit - had a female technician ... Quite abrupt and didn't pay particular attention to my comfort or satisfaction. Barked orders and made my whole experience there something I'd rather forget!! Next time my nails are due - I'll either ask for another technician and assert myself OR visit another salon!! Pity... As without her presence... It really is a great place!!!!!
