Gloss Nails Salon is clean, bright salon in Dartmouth Road Forest Hill. The decor is slick and modern. The foot spas are comfortable, the nail bars white gloss the floor white marble. Staff are welcoming and attentive. Customer service excellent. My coat was taken, I was offered a drink. I chose tea. It was well made and presented. The treatment was excellentl, including reflexology massage for feet and hands and hot towels. There is a wide range of colours to choose from both nail polish and Shelac. I had shelac removed, manicure and shelac on hands and pedicure and polish on feet. The staff matched my polish with the gel for me. I was very happy with the price and was given 20% discount for myself and a friend on my next visit. I will definately return! Well done for your excellent customer service, a rare thing these days!

The staff were really friendly and accommodating. Nice big massage chairs for pedicures and the place is very clean, I was really impressed. Had a lovely pedicure thank you :)

This is the first time I went here for a pedicure, and I have to say that it was great. The staff were very friendly and the trestment was relaxing. I ended up tagging on a manicure as well as I felt very confident with the salon. Will definitely go back again.

Very good customer service, Very attentive to customers needs. Cute small nail salon, The technician did a good job I liked the shape and colour. I will definitely go back again... even though one of my nails broke the next day.
