I got to the salon and the manager had accepted my appointment for my extensions and the girl who does them wasn’t in that day so I had travelled a bit to be told i wasn’t going to get them done however the girl behind the front desk was lovely and apologised for the mistake. She also reccommended another salon to me which I managed to go in to that day and get them done. An unfortunate turn of events but made good by the girl who helped me and apologised.

Just had a very neat hair cut, just the way I wanted it and the hairdresser was lovely and chatty and prepared to stay behind and not rush me along. Well impressed with the customer service skills. Hair cut was also very good. I had my eyebrows done, great shape and clean looking also advised to let them grow in so she can define them better and keep them slightly thicker. I will definitely be back.
