Came in for wood therapy and left with so much more. Charlotte is the sweetest, we spent a little time on the consult to chat about what the body needs and it was like speaking to an old friend. She really listens to what body needs,addresses problem areas and knows her stuff tenfold. We spoke throughout the session she would let me know when she was upping or lowering instensity which was very comforting. Lovely experience and for sure going back! xx
