I play football regularly on the weekends and left side of my body from my lower back glutes and thighs has become very stiff. I do usually stretch before football but clearly not enough.
I had been in so much pain I was struggling to walk properly. I got the wood therapy massage and she managed to get all the tight knots out. Since then I made it compulsory to get regular massages 2 to 3 sessions a month to ease what I put my body through whilst playing football.
