I've been twice now the past couple weeks and the second time was even better than the last! Love my nails done by Charlotte and I was made to feel very comfortable both times. Definitely recommend for those like myself (I can be fussy with how I have my nails- and Charlotte did everything she could to make sure I was happy with the outcome).
