Pedicure was uncomfortable as I had to hold my foot up on the ladies lap or a stool which kept sliding away. Nails not cut evenly and one of my big toes is cut wonky. Facial was ok but 5+ mins steaming and 15 mins under a lamp alone, hair left greasy

Ellie was so lovely and very attentive when doing my lash lift. It was lovely to have a nice chat and she made me feel really at ease throughout our appointment. Ellie did a fantastic job with my lashes and I would definitely use her again.
