My daughter was nervous as this was her first visit to a salon but Rozana really put her at ease. She was gentle, reassuring and did a great job with my daughter’s eyebrow waxing. It was our first visit to Glow but we’ll definitely be coming back!

My appointment was half hour late and the floors in the main area were really dirty with fluff and loose hairs on all the floor. Needs a good hoover and mop. The therapy room was cleaner and the waxing was okay. Told her the wax was too hot at one point
