My husband and I went for a haircut. The lady was very professional and friendly and we were happy with our cuts. Only criticisms would be that it would have been good if we both could have had our treatment at the same time - there seemed to be another member of staff not doing any treatments. Also the lady cutting our hair had to stop to answer the phone a number of times. Both these things slowed our treatments down but we were happy with the results and would come back again.
I had a full head of highlights and was absolutely thrilled with the results. I have already recommended GLOW to my friends and family. The team are really friendly and nothing is too much trouble. It is really refreshing to find a hair salon and beauty parlour under one roof with such talent! Really pleased, will definitely be returning.
Hair Colouring
The eyelashes looked great when they were done, but my left eye was in pain half way through the treatment I told ulla it felt swollen after the treatment, and I was told this was normal although I have had many eyelash treatments elsewhere and never felt pain or swolleness. My eye was red, and the next day the pain increased so I went to moorfields eye hospital they said there was an abrasion on my eye and prescribed antibiotics to prevent infection. It healed up pretty quick, but probably won't be going back. Staff were really friendly and the eyelashes looked great.
