I had been here once before and nails were fine but this time was a disaster. Pedicure was really basic and didn't clean under or around nails. What usually lasts 2-3 weeks didn't last 24 hours before chipping off. Gel nails the lady only put one coat on one hand which I pointed out when each hand was a different shade so this had to be redone from the start. Wax was horrific and left me bleeding. Had a lip wax but there was no gel to apply after which I've never experienced before. Lady herself was nice but obviously inexperienced or having a bad day.

This is the second time I visit the salon and both times I was very happy with my hair cut. The guy who cut my hair is very lovely, friendly and passionate about what he does. The salon is modern, clean and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend it.

Great value and great nails, spent much longer treating my nails first so that it was more like a manicure than just a polish!

Ladies' Waxing
Very clean salon, saw 2 staff when I arrive. The short blonde hair was very rude and look angry. The other girl is the spray tan technician. She's very nice, however, she didn't know how to do spray tan, she had to spray 3 times to get the right color and even the color on my body. She didn't put the barrier cream or wipe my palms after the treatment. I used wet wipe afterwards, but didn't help much, so I have coloured palms now. The second morning, after shower, I noticed that there're many color patches on my body, glad it's winter now, no one can sees them. But I still have to carry this funny color for 10 days. Called the Treatwell customer service but not helping. Bad experience, not recommend.
