Lovely therapist. Unsure whether the product was old but I never had any creams on prior to treatment and I fully exfoliated the day before. Sadly, I still had green patches on my neck and legs.

I liked overall the wax as second time I go there but for twice I have found some hairs not been remove in some part of my legs and the Brazilian at the back was as well some hair left. I think the girl should double check before declare her job done. It’s not cheep treatment so I expect a job well done. I just feel been rushed every time in every saloon I go, because of next appointment. They should allow more time between one treatment and another and let people feel more relax.
