The lady is very kind and lovely, I was just not sure if we could communicate perfectly.
The main problem was I waited so long even though I arrived right on time. At the end they seemed in rush to do my job and it was so late that I had to run and I even forgot to tip.
Absolutely horrendous - arrived 40 mins before appointment to be told 10 minutes before the appointment was due to take place there had been a computer glitch and they would be able to see me for at least another 2 hours! Perhaps mention this when I arrive! I then attempted to reschedule this appointment - they cancelled it on numerous occasions! Absolute farce!

I had booked myself in for a wash, conditioning and cut and blow dry. Although there was an initial confusion about my booking, i was directed to confirm appointment with the salford branch and everything went off smoothly enough after that
Sylvie did my hair and she was brilliant. She was very quick and confident and cheerful
My hair looks fabulous. I will definitely visit again
Everything was fine, although when the treatment is a long one, it would be more enjoyable if yhe stylist could speak English. A two hour treatment is a long time without any conversation.

Ok so I thought long and hard about writing this review but decided what the heck you deserve to know the truth if you read this!! I have had this treatment a few times before and usually paid 4-5 times the price . The result here was amazing maybe I shouldn't have been so surprised -brazilian blow dry by a brazilian hair dresser !!so ladies ditch the big brand hair dresser and get your self down here when you still can and experience real skill at an amazing price ( & no one asked or paid me to write this .. Promise !) :)
