Really happy with my gel manicure, the technician was very thorough and a perfectionist. Great value for money, would definitely recommend.

mix up with the appointment time - waited for over 2hrs . Disorganised place

I was late by 9 minutes however I then had to wait a further hour for my appointment. So I was in from 13.39 -17.00. Short hair for full highlights. Basically they took in another customer as they thought I wasn't attending but they never called. Fair enough I was late but having to wait 60 mins..... come on.
The treatment was OK but hair wash was very bad. The temperature was either v hot or cold and wasn't asked to check if temp was OK at any point.
Think they were very busy and over booked themselves therefore a bit hit and miss with the service.
Would consider using again but possibly not during a busy period.
The staff were very nice which was the good point of this whole visit.
