I paid and booked for Russian volume lashes extensions instead I received individual party lashes not extensions I’m not happy as half of them have dropped out already

Booked in here for a blowdry to look neat at my Dads funeral. Pre-paid for the appointment which Glowrouge accepted. Turned up the following day to my appointment but noone answered the door/buzzer. I called the number on the door and the owner simply said I’ve closed already can you come tomorrow instead? No I can’t do that, it’s my Dads funeral tomorrow.
The owner replied completely ignoring my upset repeating that I could come tomorrow if i wanted but she was closed now and had cancelled my appointment. I confirmed that there was no cancellation email and the appointment was live in the App. I asked and then texted afterwards to ask for a refund which I still haven’t received 3 days later. This was a really upsetting experience and I just want my money back.
