Hard to describe given that I didn’t end up having the treatment. I arrived 5 minutes before the time I booked. A very unfriendly reception by someone who was completing a pedicure on a customer. I waited for about 15 minutes until someone finally came out to tell me that because another customer wanted more tinting on their lashes my appointment would be delayed. Given that it was already delayed I was pretty annoyed. Wish someone has just warned me sooner as I couldn’t wait any longer as I needed to go back to work.
Will not be attempting a visit again. Waste of time
