Whilst my nails do look nice, I won't be coming back here.
They're clearly trying to squeeze in as many appointments as possible, everything is impersonal and rushed to the point where it hurt! I instinctively pulled my hand away from the technician several times.
I had asked for a matte finish but obviously the technician forgot and I wasn't going to spend any longer in there!
I had booked gel nail extensions, the description stating that sculpting moulds would be placed and removed once my nail length had been created. Instead, I had acrilic tips.

Professional and knowledgeable staff. Neat and precise gel colour application and not rushed even though they were busy. Nice environment will come back here again !
