I had to wait 25 minutes after my appointment time to be seen as they were so busy but the staff were apologetic. I got the impression the computer system had over booked them as they had to turn away a customer after me. Otherwise friendly staff and good manicure, if a tiny bit rushed as they tried to finish before closing.
