My treatment started 15min late and the treatment was way too slow (2hr for a mediocre pedicure!). I appreciate that the staff was being careful but sadly the result wasn’t even that great either. My heels were left scratchy and the polish wasn’t applied evenly. Massage was barely there and it was just a long and boring treatment. She didn’t rinse off the scrub properly and I had little grains of scrub stuck on my feet and legs all day… I’ve had better pedicure in London.
