Had gel removal and a regular manicure over lunch. The technician was very good and my nails are looking really nice

Nail quality was great. However hygiene and organisation can be improved. There did not seem to be any protocol to clean the station after the last appointment and before me. Tools used should have been properly cleaned. I also had to wait 15mins before my appointment could begin so it was lucky that I was not in a rush that day.
