Gemma is a star! I ended up running a little late to my appointment but she was wonderful, She managed to still squeeze me In whilst remaining thorough and providing high quality service! She made me feel so relaxed and felt like I was just catching up with an old friend. So so happy with the result and much less painful than a previous salon I went to!
