Gemma is lovely. She is really great at what she does. She listens to what you want. She will make suggestions but doesn’t impose ideas. My makeup was perfect. It was for a wedding and it looked flawless all day and evening. My manicure and pedicure was lovely and my nails look great. Gemma has a lovely personality. She’s so friendly and welcoming. It was the first time we had met but she made me feel so relaxed. By the end of the session I felt like I’d known her for years!
