Gemma is very lovely lady. However, the service I received was not satisfactory at all. I have done bikini waxing many times in different salons and it was one of the worst experience. The description on the website was not clear and as a result I had bikini waxing with wax stripes instead of hot wax as was written in the description. So disappointed!

Gemma is amazing, kind and a great Therapist!! It was my first time getting a Hollywood wax and she was so lovely, kept making sure I was okay and paying attention to detail. I will be a client forever now
