I was slightly apprehensive of having to walk into a men’s barbers but Gemma was ready waiting at the back to welcome me in and take me to her room so that was no problem at all. Gemma was very warm and welcoming and made me feel at ease. She explained what the treatment entailed and asked if I had any questions for her before and after. The treatment itself was lovely; my skin feels very refreshed now and I’m looking forward to making this a regular trip! Thanks again Gemma.
