Jo is lovely and knowledgeable. She makes you feel welcomed and comfortable almost immediately as if you were visiting a friend. She is so knowledgeable on skin concerns and 100% knows exactly what she is doing. Couldn’t ask for anyone better in terms of treatment, experience and overall comfort.
I regularly go to The Goddess Retreat for massages which are amazing but decided to try the microdermabrasion, never had it before, it was amazing, I thought I was doing well with my skin care routine but Jo-Ann has given me advice to be better, will definitely have it again.
I wouldn't go anywhere else for my treatmentsexcellent in every way.

I have had the best LVL of my life, and believe me I’ve had hundreds. The room was calm and serene, Jo was lovely and my lashes look fab. I’ll be back!
