Jo is so lovely! My lash lift looks amazing and her communication was impeccable - she ensured I received the lashes I wanted down to a T.
She was so welcoming, made me feel very comfortable and even gave me excellent advice on treatments she doesn’t offer, just to be helpful. Super friendly and knowledgeable!
