Jo is ace! Really friendly, down to earth and welcoming - and very thorough. She doesn't start the time until she's actually treating you so you really get a full treatment, she clearly cares about your experience. Great value for money, I had such a lovely massage and she was very responsive and attentive. She also kindly answered a bunch of my questions about skincare and was really clear and helpful with it! I'm definitely going back for more treatments
