She was good and the bikini wax didn’t hurt as much as other places. The big complaint was that the door to the treatment room didn’t seem to have a lock! Someone started to open the door and come in, but luckily stopped when we squealed. I hope they change the handle and add a lock.

On toning, the stylist lightened a patch on my roots by accident. This was resolved very well, however, the application method was not what I have had previously: too many sections and bleaching higher than I had asked.
