The worst haircut of my life. I had a wash, cut and blow dry in 25 mins, the hairdresser carelessly rushing through the appointment, and now I look like Lewis Capaldi (I am a woman). I asked for a blunt bob and now have a choppy block side fringe and 80s shaping cutting deep into my hair, it will take months to grow back. Also my hair was dried with a towel that had a brown streak through it. Avoid!

Quite expensive for a very basic facial. The towel on the bed didn’t look clean but I was assured it was a bleach stain. Treatment was primarily just steam and extractions. Quite nice head massage. No facial massage.
