Not perfect. However, they did take my booking last minute and promised to accommodate me. I did have to wait an hour but I take responsibility for it. The lady who braided my hair did a great job however her weave application was shocking. It had to be taken out and done again by another lady who did a good job. But I couldn’t stay to have it styled because id been there for 4 hrs so had to do it at home. Although improvement is necessary, I appreciate the apology and think they will do better
