I had a set of acrylics done around two weeks ago. Really disappointing experience with the treatment as well as customer service. Complete waste of money and time. The nails were all different lengths, wonky, bumpy and worst of all, over half of them felt loose and very painful on my natural nails. The nail varnish also hadn’t been applied well. Had to waste a lot of time attempting to get a refund which I am yet to receive. Had to pay a further fee to have them soaked off because of the pain.
