The girl was nice but the wax was awful, left so much hair and the wax hadn’t been heated prior to arrival

I can’t begin to explain how disappointed I am with this place.I went for a lashlift which was done twice on the same day as it wouldn’t lift my eyelashes.After they partially lifted,I went home only to notice that they had dropped again.After calling the salon,they told me to come back in few days which I did. This time being the 3rd time I was having a lash lift in a week. Again, they lifted slightly and was told next time I came they’d use a different product.My eyelashes are very damaged now

The salon is kind of dirty and feels a bit weird. Wouldn’t recommend.
