My lashes were barely lifted & lash tech failed to cleanse my lashes properly so there were still glue on them at the end. Lash tech was very rough with my eyes which left me with red and swollen eyes by the end of it as I have sensitive eyes & skin. Lash tech failed to cleanse my eyes beforehand & didn’t wear gloves also. After expressing my discontent I was told no refund can be given & my experience was invalidated despite showing pictures of my eyes which were clearly irritated with glue.
