Just what I was after. The therapist worked really hard and have a good massage. My only complaint was that she shouldn’t have been wearing a mask in the warm environment. It disturbed me to hear her struggling for breath. A year ago I get it, but not now. No masks please, it’s not normal!

My massage and acupuncture was a game of two halves. I explained it was my first visit to the practice and my goals. My first treatment, a massage, was brilliant. the therapist applied just enough pressure while working through the built up tension. I was left relaxed with skin oiled and moisturised.
Then came the acupuncture There was no explanation before during or post the process or request for feedback the needles were painful. A hard sell sealed my decision not to return
