The massage was 100% great, well carried out throughout and the therapist was obviously very experienced and knew what they were doing. He felt real relief from stress, his body energies balanced, circulation and muscles 'put right' - really great. He added 30 mins cupping (first time) which also really seemed to help, and was done by a different, and equally experienced and capable therapist. Lovely welcoming, relaxing and professional atmosphere.

The venue was well reviewed and I think it lived up to this. It was very clean, I felt welcomed and in safe and experienced hands. The acupuncture was good, although I was left alone for a while with one needle in twitching a muscle very vigorously. My body’s fault! The massage was expertly done and Lucy quickly found any tension points and did her best to smooth these out. The whole procedure was very focused on reducing muscle strains, exactly as I wanted. Would revisit. Thanks!
