My massage and acupuncture was a game of two halves. I explained it was my first visit to the practice and my goals. My first treatment, a massage, was brilliant. the therapist applied just enough pressure while working through the built up tension. I was left relaxed with skin oiled and moisturised.
Then came the acupuncture There was no explanation before during or post the process or request for feedback the needles were painful. A hard sell sealed my decision not to return

I am so impressed with the services I received (and I am hard to please working in the industry 19 years my self) The massage was on point with regards to technique, foot massage addressed my exact concerns and acupuncture immediately improved my discomfort. You should most definitely book!

The massage was 100% great, well carried out throughout and the therapist was obviously very experienced and knew what they were doing. He felt real relief from stress, his body energies balanced, circulation and muscles 'put right' - really great. He added 30 mins cupping (first time) which also really seemed to help, and was done by a different, and equally experienced and capable therapist. Lovely welcoming, relaxing and professional atmosphere.
