We arrived to a warm welcome from the staff, followed by a hot cup of tea. I was very impressed with the accupuncture and cupping. The techniques used for the massage too. I got an extra 15minutes and received feedback on his observations during the treatment. I found this very useful and signed up for return visits. I can honestly say that this experience has given me release in my knee. Definitely worked and well worth it. I really liked the air diffuser and ambience set. One very happy customer!! Thank you again for this lovely day.

Excellent reflexology and massage treatments. Lucy who did my treatments also advised me on holistic herbal remedies, the combination of the treatments and herbs has really helped me boost my immune system. I now feel far better and massively more energised and now go weekly.
