I was really looking forward to my treatment as had x34 days unwell with lower backsch.
I felt welcomed by Louisa and her colleague
I enjoyed the nibbles and chat
Louisa makes yoh feel extra special and she is very organuse by telling me when and what
I enjoyed the facial but felt a bit uncomfortable with the steam coming ftom mh left side and I was lying down
She quickly adjusted the steam flow
Next time I will ask to sit upand in a chair.
My face feels feels soft and looks radiant now.
