I have been suffering with neck and shoulder pain for years and didn't think I would ever find an affordable solution. Louisa and Marcia listened to me, were very attentive and gave me advice including alternatives I hadn't considered before. They made me believe I could fix my problem, I could embark on a journey at my pace to get to a better place. A truly holistic approach and venue, not too clinical, very welcoming and very,very clean. The sauna was devine, so quaint. A little piece of paradise you forgot where you were. Can't wait to go back again, my brain enjoyed the treatment as much as my body did. Absolutely loved it! Highly recommend
