This was my first time trying acupuncture. The therapist was very nice and the place was well kept and cosy. She recommended I have acupressure as well as acupuncture for an additional £35 & I agreed. The treatment itself really hurt at points (but I was hurting before I went in)... some stiffness in my upper back has been relieved but the nerve tingling and pressure above my eye etc remain. I was told because it had been going on so long I would need multiple sessions (at least 3, at 1 a week)..
I suppose I was hoping for a dramatic improvement.. I would go back, though.

I love coming here, she is so sweet and the acupuncture is one of the only things that really helps my back pain. It is a little speedy but a lovely shop and I understand that it can be expensive to run a store, overall would recommend.

I keep going back to this place because after having a 30 minute acupressure and cupping session I feel better for weeks. I have a physical job so my back and shoulders are always sore. Thank you Jane for help.

I had a classic facial. It was quite basic - a face cleanse, then left for 30 mins while steamed face, then left for another 10 mins for mask to set.. then cream applied and quick massage/ application. So 40 mins of the facial I was pretty bored!
Lovely staff though and skin felt nice after I left.
