I just had an incredible sports massage from Jane. She asked me what I’d like to have massaged, and she got all the tight sore areas and knew exactly where to focus on. My legs feel so much better than before. I’ve been training for a half marathon so wanted my legs and shoulders to be rejuvenated for race day, and they definitely are. I will be coming back after the race is done!
