I was left for 10 minutes when I arrived to soak my feet in a washing up bowl but this wasn't stated as part of the treatment. It wasn't very relaxing as the lights were on, I was sat on a kitchen chair and it was too hot in the room. I felt wound up when the reflexology began and didn't fully relax.
