Jess is a very bubbly lady who has a great deal of experience. She takes pride in giving a really good cut. I absolutely love how my hair looks and feels now.

I wasn’t very happy to do Hollywood with strips because the previous experience (in different salons) was a bit traumatic, I personally prefer strapless wax. But Sara was so professional that I didn’t even feel the difference.
