I go to golden scissors all the time but this is the 1st time I tried the online booking. On arrival the staff knew nothing of my booking or that I had pre paid. I have rated the stylist as poor only because this was not the person who did my hair and no option to state this in the ratings. I will go back as always but suggest if pushing the online booking the staff should know how it works
