I went to the treatment which was booked for 11am but changed to 11:30am. Then when I arrived the therapist was doubled booked with another client, and was in and out of the treatment room three times. The massage was not relaxing and was not attentive to the areas I had booked for neck, shoulder and back massage. I felt upset that I was delivered with a treatment which was not even 30mins of massage but constant disruptions. I would like a refund for a treatment which was not delivered.
