Slightly dodgy venue (through a computer/mobile phone/vape shop!) - but excellent staff who made me feel welcome and made me feel at ease which i think is really important. The service was very good on the whole.

Elise always creats welcoming atmosphere and make me feel relaxed. Waxing is painful anyways but she makes it less painful as possible and quick (but no rush). I highly recommend her work! Her massage is also great!!

The lady that did my wax was very friendly and extremely thorough, probably the best wax I've had in terms of making sure everything was gone. Would definitely go back. I liked that there was a TV in the room too. Never hurts to have something to distract you whilst getting a wax!
